SOLD-Adams Ghaut Of Cuttwa-Deep Blue Transfer Plate-Impressed s Adams Eagle mark on back.  Heavy scratches on interior from years of use-must have been a favorite.  Some slight wear to back foot rim and were to inner rim on high spots.  Some staining on back, could be cured with a peroxide bath.   A great early plate which can be found in the book,  “Adams Ceramics  Staffordshire Potters and Pots, 1779-1998” by Donald A. Furniss, J. Richard Wagner, and Judith Wagner.  Measures 9” diameter.
